Invopop helps global platforms like SumUp, Fever, and DeepL comply with local electronic invoicing regulations in over 25 countries—through a single API.
Over the next few years, more than 40 countries (including all of the EU) will require every business report invoices in real-time to tax authorities. That opens the door to automation—but creates a mess of local compliance for global companies. Invopop abstracts it all behind one simple, developer-friendly API.
We were founded by Sam Lown (co-founder and former CTO of Cabify) and Juan Moliner (ex-BCG, Forbes 30 Under 30), backed by Y Combinator, raised €2.5M and named Best Startup at South Summit 2024, and were recently named Hottest Startup in Madrid by Wired.
In the last two quarters, we’ve 4x our revenue to €350k ARR through founder-led sales—and now we’re ready to bring in our first sales hire.
You’ll work directly with me (Juan, co-founder) to build our sales engine from scratch—and grow into the future VP of Sales.
We sell to Product and Finance leaders at global tech companies—CPOs, PMs, VPs of Finance—who care deeply about billing and compliance. All sales are in English, so native or bilingual fluency is a must.
This is a technical sale, but you don’t need to be a tax expert. What you do need is curiosity—about APIs, finance systems, and how regulation fits into product design. If complex problems light you up, you’ll feel at home here.
You’ll own both inbound and outbound:
